Method of Payment

III. Method of Payment
1) A new student must pay all the above payments to complete the admission procedure.
Annual Dues for a company member may be paid later separately because of the company’s
business transaction.  The school office sends a statement to the company.
2) The school office prepares a printed manila envelope for payment and gives it to the class teacher.
The teacher then gives it to the students to take home. Parents/ guardians who receive the envelope
then make a check for the payment payable to “The Hawaii Japanese School”
and put it into the envelope. The students bring back the envelope to the class teacher on Saturday
or it may be brought to the school office between Tuesday and Friday.
3) For a returned check, a fee of $20.00 is assessed by the school office.
4) A delinquency of a payment may result in a refusal of accepting the student to the school.
